DEFECTS & RETURNS
DEFECTIVE OR WARRANTY ITEMS
Once a product is sold to a consumer, all warranty issues become the responsibility of the manufacturer. All defective and warranty related items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Questions about product warranty and inquiries about warranty replacement should be directed to the manufacturer, not J Robinson Outdoors.
Do not send J Robinson Outdoors items you believe to be defective (or covered by the manufacturer’s warranty). Items returned to J Robinson Outdoors without prior authorization may result in no credit being issued.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
J Robinson Outdoors does not have a stock balancing program, all sales are final. Shipping errors must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date. For straight returns of non-defective merchandise, return shipping costs (including shipping back to the warehouse) are the responsibility of the consumer plus the greater of $7.75 or a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- A return authorization “RA” must be granted prior to a product being returned.
- 30 days from invoice date – invoice number must be provided.
- Item(s) must be in original packaging.
- Item(s) must be in resalable condition, not shop-worn, no markings or price labels.
- J Robinson Outdoors cannot accept returns on underclothes, worn or washed clothing, black powder rifle, treestands, safety harnesses, opened bows or crossbows, firearms, ammo, fletched arrows that have been shot, discontinued items, and various other items (list subject to change).
- Do Not send in payments with any Returns.
